Remedies for Stomach Upset

Stomach upset will be very common and hard to over come. After common views of people with same situation we have came to a quick remedy to overcome this situation.

Symptoms ranging from mild to severe abdominal cramps, diarrhea,  dizziness and dehydration, nausea, vomiting, headache, food poisoning is a condition not to be ignored.

1. Tea with moti elaichi

2. The rind of the pomegranate fruit (as well the bark of the pomegranate tree) is an old and well-known remedy used for treating diarrhoea.

3. Brown sugar.

4. Aloe vera juice is good for treating an upset stomach.

5. Curd (or yogurt) is full of mircro-organisms that are beneficial for the stomach and can combat the effect of harmful bacteria that causes food poisoning.

6. 3-4 glasses of lime juice.

7. Mint or pudina is very helpful in treating food poisoning.

8.  Bananas are a rich source of potassium.

9.  lemon juice kills most of the bacteria that cause food poisoning.

10. Drink more water.
